Not related. Gel electrophoresis is a tool that pulls laboratory specimens apart. The knowledge of which base pair attaches where, in DNA, would exist even if no electricity had been used to study the subject.
Many years ago when I was interning at a cancer institute, we had an electrophoresis machine in our lab that got occasional use. Back then, NASA had persuaded some NIH scientists that electrophoresis would work faster and with better purity, if the tests were run aboard the Space Shuttle while in orbit. Gravity squeezes the gel and some of the pores get bigger than others, causing incomplete separation and flawed data. The newer methods Dr Rose describes, do not use electrophoresis any more, so nobody ended up using the Space Shuttle for genetics research.
What's happening in vaxx-induced heart disease needs further study so lives can be saved, but appears to result from a poison that's formed when the vaxx reacts with our immune system. The poisoned heart muscle becomes weak.
Possibly an electrical problem is de-myelination. Myelin is an electrical insulator our bodies make from cholesterol, that prevents signals traveling on nerve bundles, from jumping to the wrong nerve and blocking communication. The level of nudge involved on the public, for a testing mechanism that so many knew, was nowhere near reliable enough to be used diagnostically, was very interesting. Combined with the changes at regulatory agencies like TGA/FDA, to the registering parameters- it was like the freaking wild west! But I deviate slightly on your theory. Reality is 23&Me and the multitude of other DNA private companies, have had a lot of DNA information floating in the ether, for quite a while now, which has all been sold multiple times over. So I doubt it was a DNA dump exercise. If anything, I think it was more a refinement tool, training tool and possibly a hunting tool. For what? Who really knows, but it certainly wasn't for SARSCov2!😉🤨

Never had a swab up my nose… but how do I know they didn’t sell my blood sample used for a routine lab series? I don’t of course I always hand write in things on consent forms like: I do not give permission for any of my bodily fluids or sample to be sold and/or used for genomic analysis or sequencing. Not that anyone has ever paid attention to this… but I state it anyway. I probably have some bad mark on my identification somewhere for being a dissident, and therefore limit my interactions with the medical industrial complex…. Where let’s face us we are considered Guinea pigs who have been duped for paying for the privilege of being experimental subjects. No jabs either.
it depends what you have and what you want to do - single genes, 1-100 amplicon targets, etc - use Sanger, for example. NGS is great if you have a lot of genes, or a low starting amount of sample, for example.
Seems like if there is a gene responsible for any of a number of maladies, they should be able to find it really fast. This should blow up the gene hypothesis for 99.99% cases of autism really really fast.
But you end on a really terrifying note. Sequencing a person’s entire genome without their explicit consent seems like it should be illegal in a functioning society.
The Olympics in China in 2022 and their mandatory athlete swabbing definitely gave me the creeps!

AS an aside I am dubious about the future of gene swapping to correct disease as I am dubious about how great AI will be. If correcting genes was effective long term, why haven't these techniques eliminated sickle cell disease. I thought this would happen but I don't see any of the case reports one hears about turning into long term wide spread therapy. It makes me wonder if the body doesn't squash the cells producing the correct hemoglobin. (Yes, I should do a PubMed search and possibly will later.)

It brought many memories of pouring and running our own sequencing gels, developing the films and reading and proof reading the sequences without too many mistakes. That's how we identified the 1st mutation in Tay-Sach's disease at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto in 1988. And to aid reading of the sequences I made a sequence reader called DNA Parrot that consisted of a cursor with 4 buttons and audio and visual feedback and software to enter the sequence into a computer. This device was also able to proofread the sequence. This was 35 years ago, hard to believe. I was marketing it around the world for a few years and sold quite a few of those units.
This is all interesting and going forward at great speed. What happened to the early days when SNP's were a way to find a nutritional deficit? The solution was then applying the nutritional fix which acted in a holistic way to benefit health? The great costs must generate wealth beyond the simple fix of a B-Complex pill into what? Are the trees hiding the woods and all the intercommunication of the vastly unexplored territory? How does the brilliance of the school of Eclectic Medicine get used under these circumstances? Looking for answers.
