If the Quarantine Act says that the perps cannot introduce anything into your body that you do not accept, and a recent judicial ruling enabled someone to have charges - financial and other - dropped that had been based on her refusal of a swab, a bioweapon shot ought to be covered by that as well, I would think.

As a healthcare worker this BS is still going on in Victoria, as I’m allowed to work in Tasmania this is my life the past year, contract work, leaving my family. If everyone had of declined 4 years ago it wouldn’t have gone on for so long like the UK. We are in control of what goes into our bodies and Health is number one , no amount of $ can replace our health. I don’t really believe they will mandate injections again as so many healthcare workers won’t believe what they believed 4 years ago. The hospitals are already feeling the effects due to lack of staff and a lot of sickness.
I don’t share your optimism. The sheep submitted to the clot shots and complied before, they are weak of spirit and will comply again. I know a couple nurses, who still think the clot shots saved society from millions of deaths, and still shun the brave that refused the clotshots.
In Quebec ALL nurses were mandated to have the shots for the C-19 Bug in the fall of 2021. Miraculously, many nurses refused to meet the requirements, and faced the threat of being fired. SO the government gave them a one month extension to get caught up on their shots. Again, the nurses did not comply! The government quickly lifted the mandate, citing ''Vaccine Hesitancy'' .
After the mandate was lifted, nurses were allowed to work when they tested positive for c-19!
Covid positive nurses were permitted to work. And no one seemed to think that was a problem. ?
We had some similar craziness in New Zealand, the difference being that mandates stuck (NZ population is sadly very apathetic and compliant). If you were a vaccinated health worker you could still work even if you tested positive, but an unvaccinated health worker who had zero symptoms and tested negative was still blocked from working. And despite our health system being overwhelmed for years even before government COVID measures.
Dang. They must unite. I actually think the call in sick tactic would do it but it must be a lot of them. Of course Canada will bring in thousands of foreign nurses but maybe they will convert to fight tyranny eventually.
I think it is also important to look at Bill C-293 that is going through senate to be approved. It looks like what Canada has pledged to the World Health Organization to follow their IHR and Pandemic preparedness Agreement. I am also thinking of the bird flu summit in the US that is in October.

That Act only applies to travellers going in and out of the country.
There are some parts applying to designated quarantine areas that would likely cover authorized medical personnel who enter or exit them.
This is exactly what I said in the US when healthcare workers were mandsted - walk out. It would have immediately been over.
