I remember first hearing the expression undervaccinated/underimmunized 2 years ago. Absolutely ridiculous.

The bigger they blow this thing up, the louder it's gonna explode.

At this point I just hope they're not gonna give up at all. We will win this fair and square until every last one of them is locked up.

I may be getting overly enthusiastic here, but I believe they do not stand an ice cube's chance in hell. Even my father called the drugs "the gene therapeutics" last night. It's over. Now they just expose themselves further with every move they make. These fools are completely detached from reality and that's gonna be their downfall.

EDIT (couple of days later):

Look what I found while browsing the CDC FTP yesterday for a project I have (Yes I am the most boring person in the world):

And yes, I did spend some time reading it and no, I am not a clinician. :D

The best part begins on page 15: "Documentation by Clinicians Other than the Patient's Provider"

For those too lazy to download the pdf, I screenshotted it:

Enjoy! ;)

EDIT2: In Germany the burden of proof is applied in reverse when it comes to medical diagnoses. Probably in other places as well. Now doctors who you did not even choose can hurt your reputation as well. I've been there, years of court drama.

Some of us were called conspiracy theorists for suspecting that this was where we were heading back in March 2020 (some even before then). How else can anyone explain the continuing push for a useless and dangerous jab and the global roll-out to all ages of this toxin to those whose risk:reward benefit of getting a jab versus illness was negative. Never ever was about health or healing.

I need an ICD-10 code for "my vaxx status is none of your f**king business".

I have two doctor appts coming up, one a dermatologist and one to get platelet rich plasma treatment. Both offices asked me if I had gotten the covid "vaccine". Without thinking, I said no. I suspect doctors have been instructed by the CDC to collect this information. But now that I see this new ICD code, I'm wondering if they're planning to establish some type of social credit score, where they restrict your activities, like buying food, if you haven't had the injections. It's very concerning.

We have been here before.

During semi-annual visits to a general practitioner a few years ago, I was forced to run the gauntlet of being questioned by the staff on all sorts of non-medical issues about my private life. "If and when it becomes relevant to my medical condition, I'll tell you," I replied.

Not good enough. They kept hounding me, visit after visit. Finally, during a medical visit, they confronted me with what their records showed. "Is this accurate?" they asked. "Your opinions, not mine," I replied. "I never told you that."

Are we kids, or what? Undoubtedly some state or federal so-called medical "authority" was pressuring them into this. Most likely the feds.

One More Reason to never go near a medical practitioner again. (Believe me, I have others.)

I'm not expert in this field, but the list appears to be missing "OVER-IMMUNISED", or perhaps that would be a duplicate of "PATIENT-DECEASED"?

I suppose there is no point having redundant categories.

“Why aren’t the medical establishments and health ‘authorities’ concerned with the obesity crisis in North America? Why is high fructose corn syrup standard in all beverages? Why is that poison standard at all?”

Because this is the slow-mo version of the depopulation pogrom that has been causing heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and other Western diseases ever since the diet-heart hypothesis and food pyramid scheme were pushed by the FDA in collusion with the industrial “food” industry and bankrolled doctors and scientists. But you’re right, that’s another story :-)

Jessica, I wanted to let you know I dropped the next two Q&A’s in my conversation with Meredith Miller as promised in my previous comment:

I was keeping an eye out for your signup so I could apply a comp. Apologies if I missed it (there was a two-day period where Substack notifications weren’t coming through, so I’m worried I missed some important stuff), but if not, I’ll continue to keep a lookout if you want to access the interview and other premium goodies.

Hate to say it, Jess, but it's much worse than that.

You can actually check when that set of codes was put on the ICD site (the International Classification of Diseases, controlled by the WHO). I tracked down the page, and it turns out these codes are publicly accessible.

Clicking on each Z28 code ("Immunization not carried out and underimmunization status") shows you its evolution, and most originated in 2015, with "no change" from then until now.

That includes Z28.310, "unvaccinated for COVID-19":

Unvaccinated for COVID-19

Code History

2016 (effective 10/1/2015): No change

2017 (effective 10/1/2016): No change

2018 (effective 10/1/2017): No change

2019 (effective 10/1/2018): No change

2020 (effective 10/1/2019): No change

2021 (effective 10/1/2020): No change

2022 (effective 10/1/2021): No change

2023 (effective 10/1/2022): No change

In fact, the roll-over links show that every code related to "Covid vaccination" (except the one for Covid infection itself) has been in effect since 2016.

See for yourself - go to the linked page below and run your cursor over those little white squares.

AND if that's not bad ENOUGH, there's this:

When healthcare professionals comply, there is financial incentive involved for each reported code.

For example, when you click on that interesting subcode about refusal "for reasons of belief or group pressure" (implying that they are the same), you find this:

"Z28.1 is a billable/specific ICD-10-CM code that can be used to indicate a diagnosis for reimbursement purposes."

Note that word "diagnosis". It repeats with each code.

It is not accidental. Your insistence on keeping your medical autonomy is equated to a disease or disorder.

Regarding the specific unjabbed "diagnosis" (coded Z28.310), they also encourage professionals to list the reason:

"The following code(s) above Z28.310 contain annotation back-references that may be applicable to Z28.310."

IE, the Z28 subcodes 0 through 2.9 (why you didn't get jabbed) can be added.

And each one is "billable" for "reimbursement".

Fellow travelers, let that sink in.

This whole social manipulation-for-money project was waiting in the wings since Obama days.

I'm not surprised to discover that ICD coding now is tracking and tracing our personal decisions with our personal physicians. My doctor was disgusted with me when I declined the Covid booster. I had taken the original two injections from Pfizer in the first round and was sorry. I have experienced adverse events but I think I am lucky that they aren't worse. I have not reported these because I have absolutely no trust in the medical/pharmaceutical industries as they have demonstrated very clearly that they don't give a damn about the billions of human guinea pigs they have tried to turn us into. They are evil and despicable. My ultimate question in my discussion with my doctor when I declined the booster was "If the vaccinations are working then why aren't they working?" was met with what seemed to be sanctimonious indignation that I had the audacity to ask that question. It is alarming that our personal care physicians can no longer be trusted to have our best interests at heart.

Do everything you can to stay away from doctors...

P.S. Could somebody alert Dr. Risch (from Jessica's link to the Brownstone article) that there's no such thing as "public health." There is only individual health. Also, curious as to how Dr. Risch stays at Yale, a criminal organization that most recently demanded "boosters" for its students while giving a pass to faculty...Funny that.

Surely this backfires when then the Z28s are "under-represented" in the mortality data?!

And It's not just in healthcare that they want to know everything.

I went to the bank to withdraw £2,000 in cash. The cashier was pleasant enough and asked me what I wanted it for. I said very politely that it was none of their business - you'd think I'd slapped her in the face!

Total change of mood - she couldn't comprehend that I wouldn't tell her. She proceeded to tap away on the keyboard for several minutes and gave me a lecture that they had the right to refuse to give me my own money.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Who the hell do they think they are!!

I’m sure version 2 will have “underimmunized child due to parent’s refusal.” At which point, an armed CDC thug (kind of like armed IRS agents) will break down your door to remedy the issue. I know I’m being cynical but …

So how do I keep my status (really, all medical status) out of the eyes of any government bureaucrat?

I think everyone can be classified as “under-immunized” against COVID-19. The shots don’t seem to confer any lasting “immunity” or have they changed the definition of “immunity” and “immunized.”
