Kevin's point about the PCR detectable levels I think relate to the fact that if the DNA is broken up into fragments around the amplicon size they will either not show up at all or show up at levels 100x or more lower than they actually exist at. So for the digested fragments we are looking at huge amounts of "contaminant" DNA. That is, therapeutic levels.

The reason why Soňa Peková is working together with the Slovakian commission might be because the commission is ran by Peter Kotlár who is an alt media celebrity like Peková.
In 2018 Kotlár started a conspiracy video channel called Televízia Slovan together with the former mainstream TV host Martina Šimkovičová. In 2023 both of them managed to get elected to the Slovakian government, and last year Kotlár was appointed to run a commission to investigate the COVID pandemic. When Kotlár appointed to run the commission, he indicated that he "would like to cooperate with Czech molecular biologist Soňa Peková or Czech lawyer Jindřich Rajchl, who can boast of having succeeded in court in several Covid cases" (but Rajchl is another alt media celebrity). In an earlier version of the diploma the seals had a different background color than the rest of the paper, but after LogarithmicDis noticed it, Fleming uploaded an edited version of the diploma on his website where he had adjusted the background color of the seals.
It's also suspicious how Soňa Peková is a member of a cult called ALLATRA. They say the world will end in 2036, they promote theories about ancient aliens and 5D ascension, and they say that reality is contaminated by Draconian Reptilians who have a goal of enslaving humanity. It sounds cool when people say that Kotlár is a "plenipotentiary". But he's just a conspiratard who managed to get elected to the parliament. It might be a coincididence, but Peková isn't even the only member of a neo-Theosophical cult who claims to have verified McKernan's work.
Ana Maria Mihalcea is a member of a cult called Ramtha's School of Enlightenment. The leader of the cult is JZ Knight who claims that she is channeling a 35,000-year old Lemurian ascended master called Ramtha. Mihalcea wrote a document about the miracles manifested in the body of JZ Knight, where she claimed that Knight's DNA changed to male DNA while she was channeling Ramtha. In an interview with Mary Holland from CHD, Ana Maria Mihalcea claimed that the calamari clots contained spider silk protein. She said: "Clifford Carnicom and I have got the deceased clots from Richard Hirschman, we got a clot from a living vaccine injured person, and from an unvaccinated individual. And what we looked at is clearly this rubber-like material that we know about. And we did by mircoscopy, and we found the same filaments that we see in the blood, absolutely the same stuff, okay. And then we did near-infrared spectroscopy and found that these things have a polyins, which is polyethylene alcohol, polyvinyl alcohol, which is plastic, and polyamide, which is silk, nylon, or Kevlar. And specifically, you know, Kevin Kerningham, Dr. Kerningham [meant McKernan] found the genes of DNA of spidroins of spider silk. That's the strongest military-grade material that they have made. However Kevin McKernan did not actually find spidroin in the Pfizer vaccine sequence and he didn't claim that vaccines contained spidroin. But he found a long open reading frame on the reverse strand of the vaccine sequence, and when he searched for the ORF on UniProt BLAST using extremely liberal settings, the closest match happened to be a spidroin protein by chance (even though it was an extremely distant match that was not actually similar at all to the reverse ORF, and it wouldn't have even been returned as a hit if he would've ran NCBI BLAST with the default settings). Mihalcea also claims that she has found spider silk in chemtrails. Now the long reverse ORF found by McKernan is real, but it's completely irrelevant that the closest match for the ORF at UniProt BLAST used to be the spidroin protein. But spiders are scary so they make for an exciting theme to weave a disinformation narrative around, so I suspect Mihalcea might have intentionally created a false narrative around McKernan's true finding. In the same way even though the finding of DNA in vaccines is real, people like Kotlár and Peková might not be representing the relevance of the finding accurately (or perhaps they are, but it's still wise to be suspicious of people who are linked to cults like ALLATRA).
BTW another similarity between ALLATRA and Scientology is that in the same way Scientology formed an alliance with Nation of Islam, ALLATRA is also allied with an African American masonic lodge called the Masonic United Nations. Creative Society published a video address by the "Grand Master of the World's Masonic United Nations and Most Puissant Sovereign Grand Commander".
