The coverup goes on, but they can't hide the deaths. In the USA for 5 years before the jabs there were about 7700 deaths per day. Since the jabs there are 2460 more deaths per day according to Ed Dowd. That's a Pearl Harbor event every day and the media says nothing. ...it does indeed appear as though some entity has been manipulating the human race for so long, that we, in large part, have been mutated so far away from our naturally intended state/trajectory...that it can no longer naturally self correct. At least not while maintaining our current global lifestyle
If such a thing did, has been, and in fact, is still happening...it seems only natural that these "rulers of the planet" would feel the need/responsibility to correct it, bar the fact that it would've been their selfish, manipulative, bullshit that caused it in the 1st place
I can't speak for every country/jurisdiction...but here in the states, those of us that REALLY didn't want to get jabbed, were never physically forced to...at least so far. Bullying - yes

I've started looking at this situation as possibly docility induced by dispersed chemistry, microbes and/or good old-fashioned subliminal suggestions. Your idea provides a 3rd way, and prompts thoughts of a 4th.
This 4th way may be less direct, less obvious, less work, and potentially less sinister except when participants aid it.
When we watch fiction movies, regardless of the level of drama, adventure or evil in the script, we knowingly suspend disbelief because it destroys whatever stimulus or feelings we may seek when watching them. We're playing emotional dress-up.
In the 4th way, a similar result can occur if news, 'information' or beliefs we may hold preclude a visceral reaction from happening in the 1st place. If someone you know startles you, intentionally or otherwise, your defense instinct is immediately squelched upon recognizing the person as a friend - or someone not posing an actual threat.
News can be structured in such a way that it presents a danger, but in a way that the receiver of the news has their fear/defense instinct pre-squelched "This disease/asteroid can kill you but this vaccine/the gravitational pull of the moon will save you.
News and Internet both bombard us with problems and crises where distance and/or presented solutions put dangers at a distance that over time may very well numb our abilities to have appropriate types or amounts of visceral reaction.
The results - by happenstance – may be the same as the manipulation/mutation you describe. This 4th way does not negate your idea. It merely describes the situation

I had a case in Dec., 2019, my wife in Jan.,2020. It didn't occur to me until some months later that that was what we had had, but I did have close exposure to a patient for whom I actually managed to have virology NAAT done in late Nov., 2019.
Best I can do, no testing was available or done (or necessary) with our illnesses.

Nothing surprises me anymore. WSJ running an opinion piece comparing smallpox and smallpox vaccination to covid-19 and covid-19 vaccination. WHO and some USA politicians going with vaccine passports. The same groups that push bodily autonomy pushing vaccine mandates. Now data disappearing seems unsurprising but nonetheless scary. Sort of feels like our World Wars where the young people die for the 1%ers. In the past it was Ford, Big Oil, and Big Bank and now it's Big Pharma.
