Something else I heard the other day, but don't remember what video, was that the lipid encapsulations, like fat in water, rise to the top in the vats, and because the containers are filled from the bottom, the first batches will have less LNPs than the last ones filled. They also claimed that the vats cannot be stirred due to the sensitivity of the LNPs. Not sure how true that is, but an interesting point, nonetheless.
I’ve heard Latypova speak to that.
There’s also a phenomena where the LNP’s can begin to agglomerate (clump) when temps are warm or the LNPs get ‘old’. I suppose an analogy is like coagulated fat on the top of your soup or stew. This would probably also contribute to batches and doses not being equal.
It’s complete chaos.
