One step at a time. I am in the building trades. I have experienced helpers literally walk off of jobs once the materials for say a chimney are delivered.
Looking at 2500 bricks on the ground, 65 flue tiles, 25 bags of mortar and cement along with three tons of sand makes all who allow themselves to see only the completion of the job overwhelmed. What I tell my helpers is don't look to the completion just the fact that today we only have to use 300 bricks and 3 bags of mortar THEN WE GO HOME, rest and do the same tomorrow. I hope you take my meaning.
