It is amazing what they can do. It’s actually good that the government does not want to use them as they would enable a population distributed system collecting data from wearables. Your concept is perfect, but it needs a group of true patriots to make it happen by the people and be controlled by the people. Any node can opt out at any time. It makes no difference to fractal. It is structured to be able to lose nodes and keep on functioning. This is a perfect use case but, again, scary as fractal could enable, in the wrong hands, total population visibility. I would love to explore your concept.

I’ll be very surprised if anything positive comes from this ACIP COMMITTEE.

As to RFK, he has to play political animal. That is the price one pays to have such positions in government. I hope for the best but know not everything is going to work out as we want.
