Love you are putting out a paper for the lay people. Five years ago I would have never dreamed I would be where I am today ordering books on how to read research papers, reading medical studies, completely ANTI-VACCINE or injection of any kind and completely distrustful of our medical care system. Thank you COVID, it opened my very closed eyes 🙏

Going to look up your link for Box Breathing. Been following you from the beginning and I appreciate all you have done and will continue to do I’m certain.

Search for it, it’s a type of yoga breathing. Basically, in for a count of 4, hold for 4, out for 4 and hold again for 4.

No apologies needed Jessica... you rock. I get the feeling rolling these injectable technologies out wasn't greed or oversights or mistakes. The more you uncover makes it clear, at least to me, this was the slow rollout of intentional physical harm coupled with obvious psychological torture techniques. I fear this was just a test of their new system. Revisions are being made now.

Yes, indeed ~ Jessica was warning about this very early on:

'Depopulation' and 'Slavery' come to mind now we've learned so much since 2019/2020.

I'm glad you've come to the same conclusion that around 50% of the planet has.

I doubt it's even close to 50%... I'd have to guess closer to 15% in the USA even partially red-pilled.

I think the 4th of July has been named for another so called event like the 201 one. With revisions inbedded I AM SURE. Just imagine that we know what is coming and still cannot do much about it, but refuse of course and set our hopes to Kennedy.

5 years ago in 2020 many of us got 20/20 vision. Weird it was. Thanks for all you do. And don’t apologize for whatever. And as I always suggest to those on a righteous Beautiful path: Do whatever the hell you want to do. Thanks again. Been reading your wonderful work for a while. I have never made a comment on substack so I guess I was somehow compelled. Weird

Time for thinking,Time for Speaking, and Time for Writing.

"To every thing there is a season" {Many of us know the source, others recall the tune.)

It is important and appreciated that real people must do real work, and that daily writing or speaking impedes the important time for thinking and learning.

Thank you for taking the time to publish meaningful material and not abusing our limited life- and attention-spans with trivia.

When I was in high school I took a literature class where the teacher said "Trivia is essence". That odd statement struck me and later in my art career, I drew a seated Buddha, the line art completely inked with a crow quill pen repeating "Trivia is essence". The medium is the message after all.

🍼 Thank you, Dr Rose. Speaking of breathing, Dr Brian Palmer, a deceased US dentist, had done extensive work on sleep apnoea and airway malformation. Below is the link to my summary of his research if you’re interested, with a further link to his now resurrected work in the comments section of my post. Sleep medicine never accepted Dr Palmer’s empirical findings for obvious reasons.

I shudder to think how many people are sleeping with a displaced epiglottis.

Have I got a book for you! Breath by James Nestor. It is an extraordinary investigation of the science and art of breathing. As a former smoker I have some COPD. This book has helped me overcome some lung inefficiency and explains many breathing techniques that have been developed over the millenia in many different areas of the world. Truly enlightening.

Can't really add anything to call the accolades here. I usually can't grasp half of what you put in your scientific writings. But what was a defining moment for me that told me all I needed to know about you was your trip to Japan last year. Despite all the tremendous hassles you had with your tickets/flights and timing etc, you kept your cool. And only expressed gratitude for getting there finally, all the people who assisted you, all the experiences there (medical or cultural or otherwise). Keep on keeping on. All the best to you.

Expectations. A dirty word to me because it conjures up visions of those I refer to as "projectors" who judge in the extreme without any "theme" save that of their own opinionated tripe. These are the present day demoCRAPS of the USA and the LPC trollops of CanCUCKISTAN with both being the real bigots and liars.

We all have a life and a measured amount of time here as determined by God though we now have MAID for adults and MAID for children. So who are these bigots who in and of themselves think their word is right and the rest of us are wrong?

So in my existence is extrapolated the judgement that any comments I make towards any woman here is mean and wicked and evil and nasty.

I do not follow the authority of elected liars nor of media liars and whores. Yesterday I had two clients, both women of my age I felt needed encouragement. One had suffered the recent death of her husband and the other was all alone.

They both love my strident opinions and my rebellious attitude towards the damned corrupt CYSTem. One stood very close to me. I was aware she wanted to be held by a man who she has known for over three decades and trusted as a tree service provider.

I knew and she made no qualms about it. She had looked after her husband and the dementia he suffered from.

I told her she had suffered an ordeal all alone and then I moved closer and reached out to part her hair from her forehead and then gently kissed her forehead with a voiced acceptance of my BOLDNESS escaping her lips by a "thank you,"

She was visually uplifted. and if anyone wants to accuse me of being a pervert, go for it. I do not give a damn. I will not be governed by the wailings of a wicked wokist.

The last stop at the residence of a woman alone we talked for over an hour. She was well dressed and knew I was coming. In both cases these women are two of many who lean on me.

At the proper time I took her hand gently and raised it to my lips and kissed the back of it. My words were "You are now a member of the club" which she smiled about as I promised her my return today to fix her tree problem.

There was no bodily contact in either case because that is a woman's intimate choice. They are governed by their own impulses and those who have helped themselves to my affection set the rules therein.

Just for the record I have stated previous to Celia that "I love you."

So for the record DR J. I am telling you I love you too. No. It is not I lust you. It is a love you.

I almost missed telling all that in each case, after kissing any woman I offer to them the assurance that I am not spreading infections because I have no social diseases. IN EVERY CASE they have laughed which tells me that they are relaxed during the whole process.

But now I am on an affection mission so I might as well say to all the nurses categorically here that I love you all too.

Nuff said. Always Edward XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

All our sympathy and encouragement. Breath is the basis of Life.

Do you remember an article of yours that explained the states of iron?

I am also trying to remove many supplements and try to support mitochondrial activity.

The tradition of India (pranayama) holds many secrets.

An American psychologist has invented a method to treat PTSD that is none other than nadi sodana.

The more the demons want to destroy Life, the more we have to defend it starting from ourselves.

Independent Medical Alliance! What a great new name! Covid also woke me up to how the pharmaceutical industry has interfered in every part of our lives. It's great to see an alliance of Dr's and scientists breaking free from their influence.

On another note, I came across this clip from CBS Austin, admitting that the Covid shots caused heart damage. I'm curious if this is a test run from CBS to gauge the reaction to this new, and honest, reporting. https://youtu.be/qFR3TlR0SmI?si=1atLw3SjxLU5wO-E

Could be, although this has been BIG news that has resulted in the FDA adding a *black box warning* for myocarditis on the jabs, which is a pretty significant news item to try to ignore these days . . . .

Expand full comment
Kim J's avatar

True, but CNN is still doing their usual spin.

"The vaccines’ previous labels warned about the risk of a heart condition called myocarditis, inflammation of the heart muscle, and pericarditis, inflammation of the lining outside the heart, which the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website says is rare but possible after vaccination. The new labels will expand that warning to certain age groups.

Research has consistently shown that the mRNA Covid-19 vaccines are safe and effective, and millions of people have gotten them without serious incident. Some studies have found that Covid-19 infection itself carries a higher risk of myocarditis or pericarditis than the vaccine does."

So, basically it's nothing to see here.

What I found different from the CBS clip is they went into great detail on how the shot was substantially more dangerous for young men then Covid itself.

And, up here in Canada, it's complete crickets. There hasn't been a word from the CBC (our government propaganda machine).

Understood. Most of those who've been at the heart of the narrative (propaganda) spin aren't going to stop spinning now. They have too much to lose by telling the truth . . . .

Sadly, and exactly, true. I keep coming back to Mark Twain's quote, “If you don't read the newspaper, you're uninformed. If you read the newspaper, you're mis-informed.”

At least now we have a solution to the 'newspaper' problem. With social media, we have access to the experts and we can listen to their different viewpoints and analysis. And come to our own conclusions.
