Look at his options. The only way he could have won was if he got into the debates. Without that, there’s no way. And if anything could kill his future chances of becoming President, it would be if he remained in the race, lost, and got labeled a “Ralph Nader spoiler”. That would have permanently killed any hopes for him in the future.

Be patient. The man’s a genius. He’s not done yet! I’m sure he thought long and hard about this decision, and weighed all possible options. In his mind, this IS his path to the Presidency.

If he serves under Trump, it will legitimize him as someone to take seriously. The press will HAVE to cover him. His thoughts and ideas will become much better known. It will set him up for a successful run in 2028. And he will have a greater percentage of the electorate then, than if he won by the skin of his teeth this time.

And look at what’s already happened! His announcement and subsequent appearance at a Trump rally totally knocked Harris out of the spotlight! What a genius move! Today was supposed to be Harris’ crowning moment, meanwhile every headline I’m seeing is all about Kennedy/Trump.

And the Trump crowd went nuts when Bobby took the stage! Do you realize the importance of that? All those Trump supporters could become Bobby supporters in 2028!

Do not doubt him. He knows human nature. And he knows what he’s doing. Have faith.

He has set himself up for strife in his personal life by making this decision, but is willing to do it to accomplish his main goal. Loving the children. Doing what’s right for them. He had to drop out now, while he still has leverage. A failed Independent candidate would have no such leverage.

I applaud him, and will vote for him in my Blue state, without regret.

Thanks for the link. I will pass it on to election fix deniers. I don't believe we've had a really fair tightly contested presidential election in a very long time, and knew that once a large percentage of votes were absentee ballots the fix was really in, the main check against rigging being exit polling.

Maybe this info will help bring about the necessary auditability reforms which can be easily done with hard copy ballots and publicly available spreadsheets listing every vote with anonymized voter IDs on public displays, with transparent coding, and vote receipts, so people can cross reference their votes afterwards, and auditors can cross-reference the databases to verify that only actual votes were counted and counted correctly, without directly connecting individuals to how they voted on anything that can be viewed by the public.

I'm not sure how TDS gets "cured" at this point. If Trump were to get in and somehow actually administer his presidency without massive deep state events that don't prevent his turning things around I think most with TDS we'll still have a hard time giving up their hatred. Now those who would be on the fence because they simply don't care for Trump as opposed to having bought all the media Hitler stuff and got over the Russia garbage could most definitely swing for Trump because Harris is very difficult to stomach, especially since she wasn't voted in.

The VA had safety signals triggered 6 months after the shot roll out for myocarditis after the 1st Pfizer shot. A VA employee, Fran Cunningham, emailed the CDC with the warning.

VA remained silent.

The VA still forced their employees to take the death shot under the federal government mandate.

The VA never warned veterans they could be harmed.

Anyone who is a 'swing' voter cannot have TDS. TDS is only the extremely brainwashed and hate-filled toward Trump as far as I'm concerned. Outside of those with TDS there's certainly a scale of dislike that applies.

They'll attack and demonize Vance but he'll never be anywhere near the level of Trump, or RFK Jr. for that matter, because he doesn't have nearly the same wealth and therefore financial independence, and I highly doubt he's going to go hard core against vaccines generally, as in calling out the autism connection for example. RFK Jr suggested in his speech that he still has a chance to win the presidency because he thinks neither Trump nor Harris will get to 270 electoral votes. This is one reason why he is not taking himself off the ballot in red and blue states. He did not fully endorse Trump and asked people for their vote.

Expand full comment
SeeingTruth's avatar

My understanding is that he's not withdrawing totally because if he gets 5% of the votes, a new party can be started.

In battle ground states he DOES NOT WANT people to vote for him as the "spoiler candidate" to push votes to Harris - in those states he's requested Trump votes. In states where he knows he won't win, he's requesting votes for himself in support of the 5% strategy.

RFK also knows his history. The Public Health scam began in 1877 after the Southern Democrats (KKK) stole the 1876 election by terrorism and vote fraud. In one election cycle we would go from 23 Black Lincoln Republicans in Congress, to 0. Black Americans were not allowed to vote by the Klan government in 1878, based on a medical theory that letting them enter polling stations would spread disease. (African diseases had not worried slave owners, but as soon as Black Americans became free people, ex-slave-owners began seeking to reverse that. The dictatorial powers of the Public Health laws created the Immigration Quotas, the Drug War Segregation, and a suspension of constitutional rights.

Science cannot function without a free press, freedom of assembly, and free speech. And law cannot operate in the absence of proven facts.

Both RFK and DJT understand this. Teaming up to reduce the Public Health Establishment fit inside the Constitution is more valuable than anything either of them can accomplish alone.

I like Kennedy, and his stance on most issues except for his pledging his unconditional support to Israel. Considering that he admits to having had a sex addiction, and flying on Epstein's jet several times, along with the high likelihood that Epstein was working with Israel intelligence to blackmail powerful men by providing underage girls for them to have sex with and then filming it with hidden cameras, I don't think we can rule out the possibility that his out-of-character pro-war stance on Israel/Iran, and his support for sending unlimited billions of US taxpayer funded weapons to Israel could be a result of blackmail. Nevertheless, I think it is also within the realm of possibilities that he has simply been brainwashed by Israeli propaganda and that is his genuine stance on the issue, though I think blackmail is the more likely possibility. While I also like Trump's anti-war stance as it relates to Russia, I think that both Trump and Kennedy's pledging their unconditional support to Israel, and apparently putting Israel first, could easily result in the US getting dragged into a war with Israel, Iran/Hezbollah/Yemen.

People say such things despite overwhelming evidence of the opposite. As mentioned, he wrote a book on it, https://heartland.org/opinion/climate-change-deniers-should-be-jailed-rfk-jr/

""As reported at Climate Depot, when Climate Depot Director Marc Morano asked Robert F. Kennedy Jr. about the Koch brothers, Kennedy called them “treasonous.” They have become billionaires “by impoverishing the rest of us” and should be in jail, “enjoying three hots and a cot at The Hague with all the other war criminals,” Kennedy said.

Those who dispute the “consensus” on manmade climate change “are doing the Koch brothers’ bidding and are against all the evidence, saying global warming does not exist,” RFK stated. “They are contemptible human beings.”

Rochester Institute of Technology philosopher Lawrence Torcello and others have also said “climate deniers” should be jailed for their beliefs."

and...Kennedy, a controversial environmental lawyer whose résumé includes work for the Natural Resources Defense Council and waterway preservation group Waterkeeper Alliance, argued in a 2014 blog post that big oil companies, including Koch Industries and ExxonMobil, "should be given the death penalty."

The post, titled, "Jailing Climate Deniers," was a response to claims made at the time that Kennedy said "all climate deniers should be jailed." He denied ever saying such a thing, writing, "I support the First Amendment which makes room for any citizen to, even knowingly, spew far more vile lies without legal consequence."

"I do, however, believe that corporations which deliberately, purposefully, maliciously and systematically sponsor climate lies should be given the death penalty," Kennedy wrote for EcoWatch. Thank-you for addressing this issue. As a Canadian I have no skin in the game but have always followed American politics. I did manage to watch some of Kennedy's speech and the part I saw was focused on health. If there is anyway he can effect policy changes to improve the lives of Americans everyone would benefit. I read with amusement, the Washington Post has already penned an article accusing RF Kennedy of betraying his family with his choice to align himself with the " enemy". During his speech he said the Democratic Party is not the one he grew up with and endorsed for years. He tried to run as a candidate for the Democratic party and was shunned. When he tried to run as an independent party the Democrats did everything they could to prevent him from running.

I have been a subscriber of The Children's Health site by Kennedy for years. Our children are the canary in the coal mine. Why has he been one of the very view influential people in our time to speak up?

If there's any way he can get himself embedded in the Republican party as a spokesperson for health, particularly children's health I'm all for it.

However the knives are out. I saw a revolting clip today on CNN. The political pundit mocked Kennedy for the way he spoke. If he had bothered to do any research he would have known the man has a condition called Spasmodic Dysphonia. He has spoken publicly about it before.

If Kennedy plays his cards right and Trump wins, perhaps for the first time in years, the failing care health system with all its failed alphabet agencies can undergo a much needed revamp.

If I were Trump I would keep Kennedy close to me and use the failed system of health care as a wedge with the Democrats.

All in all. Strange Bedfellows.

I grew up in a hard left leaning Dem family in California. I left the party in 2015 after they took away our children’s and Parent’s rights to Religious and personal belief exemptions (to childhood shots). Since then my eyes have only opened wider to the rot within the Dem party.

The 2016 election with DNC cheating Democratic candidates and strong arming Shillary onto the ballot. What rubbish. But it served as training for loyal registered Democrats to be quiet, lie down and take what is given to them.

Well, they have clearly learned that lesson. They are playing right along and believing they are supposed to be enthusiastic about Kamala… because that is what they are being fed. Have they forgotten she was the first candidate to drop out of the 2020 primary charade because she was such a horrible candidate? Have they forgotten she had nothing to offer? Have they forgotten there was Zero interest in what she was selling? YES! They have forgotten. They have become Thralls. “Line up and follow the drone in front of you”. They are part of something. There is comfort in conformity.

In 2018 I wrote to RFK Jr. asking him why he still stuck with the Democrats… why he didn’t leave like I had, like Tulsi had. Well, it was a hard lesson to learn, but it shows he really does change his opinion when presented with facts that counter his previous thinking or ingrained beliefs.

Now allying with Trump shows a deep willingness to re-evaluate his entire world view. It shows he puts all the divisive labels aside and really wants to put kids and health first and unite Americans around that.

Red-Pilled ER Nurse. I really enjoyed your comments regarding the Democratic Party. As a Canadian I have voted for both our two major parties during my lifetime. This way I have the option to vote for whichever party has a platform that I agree with at the current time. I only watched a bit of the Democratic convention as it was painful to watch how easily duped people are. Kamala ! ! Unbelievable.

I made the mistake of voting Liberal in 2015 for Trudeau. At the time his stance on legal pot appealed to me. However within a year I realized everything else the party stood for didn't align with my views. Since then I have only voted Conservative and plan to so so in our next election which can't come soon enough.

No nuking of Veterans' Affairs? OK...how about rolling it up into the Department of War? After all, it is the Department of War that creates veterans...

The VA -- that cluster of a Cabinet department already has nearly 450,000 "employees" -- second largest in the "government." This with a requested FY 2025 budget of nearly $370 billion.

In 2023, the Department of War spent $820 billion; that's the number they'll admit to. The War Department operates in about 40% of the world's countries with fully 1/3 of its military deployed on those overseas bases. So. How about we close -- half or 2/3 of those bases? Then we could use some of the money we don't (actually) have to fund veterans?

The crime syndicate is already insolvent; it just lacks the decency to declare bankruptcy. That day will come -- eventually -- unless some real hard decisions get made -- and fast. Including all the ones I suggested in my original comment.

I think we need Kennedy in his father's old job at Justice. When RFK was AG, his FBI Director was Hoover, who'd been in office so long that he knew where the corpses were buried and had leverage over every crook in politics. The trouble was that Hoover was preoccupied with the Communist Party as a threat agent, and looked awafy from labor racketeering, as long as the racket leaders helped him pressure the Communists. RFK took a different tack, realizing that if organized crime took over organized labor it could blackmail the entire country. He systematically removed Hoffa from the Teamsters but never finished the job. Ramsey Clark had no stomach for a fight with the Mob and crooks were back in business mere days after JFK died in Dallas.

RFK Jr is a fine barrister and if he serves as Trump's AG he can fix much of what's wrong in medical care by holding a few trials and locking crooks up. Our Supreme Court's Loper Bright ruling that ended Chevron deference, now makes it risky for the next Anthony Fauci aspirant to try t

i’ve posted the whole Kennedy address to the nation yesterday on Facebook whether people will take the time to listen to the whole speech I’m very doubtful but I already seen people making comments flippant comments sarcastic comments making fun of it from ignorance because I know they didn’t see the whole video I understand the attention deficit among us is pretty severe but still people have to make quick judgment calls and statements from media sound bites about something they know very little about……

I listened to the full RFK Jr. presentation, most of which was cut to a mere 45 seconds by major media. But his recitation of what American business and politicians have done to our children brought tears to my eyes. If nothing else, his message should enrage everyone. How could this happen? It's called capitalism. And we've seen this picture before. The tobacco industry did their own research and proved that they were poisoning us, and then hid the data for years. And now some of those same parent companies own big players in the processed food industry. Capitalism is an amoral system that opens the door to immoral players. The only way to change this is to change the law. When a corporation is found guilty of wrong doing, the CEO should go to jail. Now they just pay a fine and write it off as the cost of doing business. Imagine this is what we've come to. We allow people to make money off of killing our children.

When Lincoln made a small fortune representing railroad companies, the vast majority of incorporated bodies were Counties, Townships, Cities, Towns and Villages. Since the human population of these bodies was in constant flux, the incorporated body needed the same capacity to sue and be sued, as would a natural person. It was rare in 1860 for a business to incorporate. Most businesses were partnerships held by family members who employed themselves operating the business.

That was the state of capitalism before the State began using it as a tool to collect revenue.

Consider, for example, cigarette makers. They benefit the State in three ways.

1) A state tax is collected on each pack of cigarettes sold.

2) A federal tax is collected oh each pack of cigarettes sold.

3) Each consumer who dies of smoking-induced disease before reaching the age of 65, leaves money behind in the Social Security and Medicare Trust Funds. The dead smoker died without drawing a penny of Medicare benefits or retirement assistance because to get the benefits one must reach age 65.

Cigarette company lobbyists had tremendous influence in Washington because of this flow of money they sprayed into the Treasury. It was not until the gig economy got started and companies like McDonalds and Walmart began paying sub-poverty-line wages to employ cheap workers who got part of their money from welfare benefits and the rest from employment, that government officials began feeling the costs of smoking-induced disease, as gig workers collected Medicaid benefits for their treatment.

When bribery gives public officials an incentive to ignore crime, criminals get immunity.

Your alternative is?? At the beginning of the environmental movement, watermelons were saying that it was evil capitalism, but objective research showed that countries behind the Iron Curtain were much more polluted than in the West.

It is crony capitalism (aka, fascism) and regulatory capture, something I learned about 50+ years ago in college.

The only way to change is to change people’s hearts, but no one wants Bibles in the classroom, in spite of the fact that historically they were part of the curriculum.
