Enjoy your well-deserved vacation and take on lots of bodacious waves, Jessica! 🏄♀️🌊
I honestly don't think you need to pause your paid subscriptions. Other Substackers take time off, and it is generally understood that the supporters want them to be able to do so and are contributing to paid leave as part of their support. Plus, you are going to be working on articles, and we understand researching and writing in-depth pieces takes time! Quality matters more than quantity, so no need to feel badly about being quiet for a spell.

Running a Substack is incredibly hard work. Pausing billing for a bit is wise. Substack readers need to understand that this is 1.) better than the NY Times because we are free to tell the truth here; and 2.) there are going to be pauses from time to time to keep ourselves sane. 🙌
Thank you, Dr. Rose, for being one of the best humans, and using your incredible intellect and wonderful sense of humor to bring reason and hope to those of us who see the world through a similar lens. You embody grace. When you do return, I hope you will offer up some merch, as I could definitely use a COVID hero mug with your likeness on it.
Thanks for everything so far. If you could, maybe look into curcumin, vitamin D or other natural compounds that could mitigate spike toxicity. We've had enough doomposting, we need some solutions other than offing oneself.
You are a very gracious and generous person. Some of us would be LOST without your amazing help and direction. We love you. Thank you and God bless you!

Telomeres have less to do with aging than you might think. Telomeric shortening is more a symptom of epigenetic error accumulation than a cause of dysfunctional mitosis. Look to sirtuins to reverse epigenetic damage, with telomeric lengthening as an effect.
On another note, Jessica, you inspire me. Keep on rockin' your freedom.
Golly geez guys, thank you so much and I really love you all so much.

Happy to continue to pay while you hopefully get some down water time and also dig deep into your writing. Long overdue.

You should get some PTO. I don't think you should pause. I look forward to when you get back. Enjoy some R&R.
Take a well deserved break, Jessica. Come back refreshed.
Hope you will look into generational toxic effects of ALL vaccines whenever you find time.
Love and blessings.
