Also in New Zealand and it's shocking the number of people I know who have lost someone ("died suddenly") or are now incredibly sick (including with cancers). And our health system is even more broken than it already was before lockdowns. I've been waiting almost a year now to get my results from a cardiac event monitor (and that was after I had to make a formal complaint about the first cardiologist I saw who tried to tell me my heart issues were just "anxiety").
After I first started getting symptoms (October 2021!) and they got bad to the point where I could barely get up, I saw a number of different GPs and none were very helpful. I did indeed end up ringing NZDSOS and they gave me some great advice that started me on the improvement journey. I also eventually got a GP that listened and actually showed concern and it was that GP that referred me for the first cardiologist appointment. After my formal complaint about that cardiologist, Te Whatu Ora did thankfully take my complaint seriously and the second cardiologist listened and got me the event monitor. It's just been incredibly hard continuing to live with these symptoms and have to wait more than a year to see a cardiologist and then almost a year to get the results :(
That should definitely be followed up with by contacting Te Whatu Ora or with their GP! Once I hit the one year mark, I will be contacting both because this is totally unacceptable.
My stepdaughter is a highly experienced Nurse in NZ: part of me would love to ask her how much she has witnessed, part of me doesn't know if she has been jabbed , and most of me doesn't want to cause a family row with her - I love her dearly, but its her choice to break her silence. I don't preach my own unvaccinated stance unless people raise it - its so awkward. I mean, it would like discussing contraception or something - people are entitled to privacy about their bodies. Thats why I like the Germans - they are far more open and explicit!

The probability of over reporting is miniscule. Why do I say this? In 2010, while on Active Duty, I was injured by the influenza shot. I went to my command's medical department once I was able to walk again, and they documented the injury only in my medical records, not in VAERS, This was 2010. Two years later I transferred to a new command where I had a high profile position, and due to the extra attention I met with a very capable flight surgeon who reviewed my medical history. It wasn't until that event that my injury was entered into VAERS. Ignorance abounds, even in the US military, of VAERS.
I don't think we can make the assumption that mil admin shots are all active duty. My husband is military and we live on base. There were frequent covid shot events in addition to them being offered in the Dr's office and vaccine clinic. Some of those shots will be retired servicemembers, retired spouse and current dependents who receive care from mtfs.

Just like in the general population for the age range of the military personnel the deaths are likely the tip of the iceberg of the numbers that had severe adverse effects from the injections. How many could no longer function well, how many would suffer severe effects from booster, then years later develop the cancers. In the modern military there is an intense amount of training for many positions so the vax disabled are not quickly replaceable.
