VAERS adverse event reports made in the context of twins
Cases of identical twins having identical adverse events following injection, including vasovagal response and myocarditis
Prelude of what’s to come:
I have an identical twin sister and she’s experiencing the same exact thing. She was on the same birth control as me, took it the same time, she got the same covid vaccine as me, at the same time, at the same place. We went together to get the vaccine. Our bleeding started at the same time too.
One week ago, I received an email from a mom of 2-year-old twin boys who had both succumbed to CDKL5 deficiency disorder shortly after receiving their Hepatitis B vaccines.
She wrote:
I have 2 year old identical twins that I believe suffered a life altering genetic mutation as a result of the hepatitis b vaccine shortly after birth and I'm trying to prove it.
She is hardcore about proving that the HepB vaccine caused her sons’ disorders, and has done some thorough research. She is trying to get Aaron Siri’s attention for litigation purposes if she manages to gather enough evidence. I found her boys in VAERS and did some research on this disorder myself. It is not thought to be genetic as “most of the mutations are “de novo,” meaning that they occur spontaneously and are not passed down through families”. Interestingly, according to the above linked resource, 90% of diagnosed cases of CDKL5 deficiency disorder are female. So the fact that neither she nor her husband carry these mutations (I asked), and that her twins are male, and that they were diagnosed shortly after their HepB shots having been perfectly seizure-free prior, makes this a very clear case of causation.
I am on another email thread where I was recently asked to try to find (in VAERS) two brothers referred to in a paper entitled: “COVID Vaccine-Associated Myocarditis in Adolescent Siblings: Does It Run in the Family?” published in Vaccines in March 2022. I got it down to 7 possibilities, but it is not certain that their cases were even reported to VAERS. They boys live in New Zealand. It has been proposed that there might be genetic predisposition involved in the context of myocarditis in young boys.1 Yeah. Sure. It must be genetic.
The natural progression from these queries was to query ‘twins’ in VAERS, as was suggested in the email thread. My thinking was that if I could find a few examples of identical twins with the same non-genetic adverse event occurrences, reported shortly after being injected with the COVID-19 shots, then it would be definitive evidence of a causal link. Or, at the very least, very difficult for the CDC and HHS to explain away.
I was simply amazed to discover that there are currently (as of June 23, 2023), 241 VAERS IDs with the word ‘twin’ (that wasn’t ‘twinge’ or ‘twin bed’ or ‘twinkly’, etc…) in the SYMPTOM_TEXT variable.
I spent the entire day reading every single free text entry of these 241 reports. It was extremely difficult because there were many reports of lost twin fetuses - either one or both. Some of these reports, in my opinion, are clear evidence of causation due to the temporal association in many of these cases. I have listed 29 reports in this article that I found particularly compelling in terms evidence to support the idea that the COVID-19 injections are the cause of the reported adverse events. In a few of these reports, the twins get injected at the same time, on the same day, with the same product and subsequently experience the exact same adverse events.

The following report is a good example of why VAERS is not a dumpster. Please read this carefully. It is quite a long SYMPTOM_TEXT entry and I left it ‘as is’. It involves a realization of a link to histamine intolerance.

My adverse side effect was with my booster, or third shot. Here are the details. With my first shot, I just had a sore arm and felt tired. That was Feb. 18, 2021 and lasted about a day and a half. With my second shot, done March 18th, 2021, my arm hurt much sooner and a few hours later I started getting flu like symptoms. Headache, loss of appetite, mild nausea, and extremely tired. I slept a lot. Also, my eyes waters a lot. These symptoms started about 12 hours after the shot and lasted about 12 hours. ADVERSE REACTION: My third shot (booster) was done at 11:30am on Nov. 21st at the pharmacy in my left arm. It had been 8 months since my last shot. I did feel a bit run down the next day. On Dec. 2nd, 12 days later, I woke up around 9:30am with my scalp feeling incredibly itchy. I thought I had lice. Then the back of my neck felt itchy, and soon after my ears turned red and felt like they were on fire. This all happened within 20 minutes of waking up. By the time I got downstairs, I had hives all over my face, neck and chest. I did not suspect this had anything to do with my booster, but was completely puzzled. I took Clartin, two doses. It did not help. On Tuesday, Dec. 7th I got in with my Dermatologist who diagnosed me with dermographism and pressure hives. I have no history of getting hives. I saw my Allergist the next day, and he agreed with the dermatologist, but disagreed about what I should take. My dermatologist suggested Xyzal, my allergist suggested a Clartin before bed, and two Allegra 12 hours later mid-morning. I tried what my allergist suggested for two days and it made no difference. I tried Xyzal and found it did help. I still would get hives, but instead of them itching they felt hot. One month later, I still have hives, and my identical twin sister called me and asked me what I was taking for it because she was no covered in hives. I couldn't believe this since we live in different towns, eat different foods, have different job, and different aged kids. We don't have any similar environmental factors. That is until we looked at our vaccine cards. She was 12 days out from her booster. This both happened to us the same number of days after our Moderna booster. I thin found a social media group for people who have had the same reaction as me, and about 100 people join this group a day. I am no in my 7 week of having hives. It has improved some. I can actually take a shower without aggravating my hives. I am on a low histamine diet too, which has helped. Zyrtec also helps, but not as well as Xyzal. I alternative them, one every 24 hours before bed. I'm hoping this someday goes away and is not a long term chronic issue. Since I passed the 6 week mark, I officially have "chronic hives."
I found it very interesting that she linked this to histamine. All sorts of medications, like antidepressants and even alcohol, can prevent the breakdown of histamine which can lead to many problems associated with histamine intolerance.
I had never heard of dermographism (dermatographic urticaria) prior to the adverse event report above. And here it is again. This picture is just art. L50.3 is the ICD-10 code associated with Dermatographic urticaria.

Dermographism. 38-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) for COVID-19 vaccination. On 15-Dec-2021, the patient received third dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine). On 02-Jan-2022, the patient experienced URTICARIA (hives that started the night before/pressure hives) and DERMATITIS (She gets flares and has several on the body going on at the same time). On an unknown date, the patient experienced PRURITUS (scalp was really itchy), MECHANICAL URTICARIA (Dermographism), SKIN DISCOLOURATION and MATERNAL EXPOSURE DURING BREAST FEEDING (her sister is breastfeeding). No concomitant medication was reported. The patient explained that she has an identical twin sister and they didn't eat the same food, didn't use same detergent, and didn't live in same town. It was unusual for them to have the same physical thing.
It would great if we get more information on her sister’s injection and adverse event details. This report is also likely linked to histamine intolerance.
I decided to list this report here because of the timing: the bloody needle was barely out of his arm. He had a vasovagal response which is also recurring in this list of reports. It is unclear if his twin brother was also injected. Stephanie, you’re going to love this.

Patient was here today for his 2nd Covid Vaccination in the series. Prior to the administration he shared that he felt very anxious today more so than his first vaccine. Both his mother and twin brother consoled him. Immediately upon administration of the vaccine, patient experienced what appeared to be a vaso vagal response. As the syringe was removed from his arm his arms and fingers became clenched , his eyes began to drift to the side and upward, he was very pale and diaphoretic. He was gently moved to the floor without incident. Immediately upon lying on the floor he became alert and oriented and his color began to return to his face and neck. Patient was able to converse. His vital signs remained stable BP 108/60, P 70's and oxygenation saturation remained 98-100%. He was brought to our recovery room and observed for 30 minutes without any other symptoms. Symptoms had fully resolved. He tolerated water prior to discharge..Upon discharge patient had remained stable, and both he and his mom felt they were ready to go home. His father met them here at clinic to provide support and comfort. Of note patient will be seen at his Pediatricians office on Monday for his annual visit.
In this report, both twins experienced a vasovagal response following injection with Pfizer product.

A 28 year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administration date 06May2021 11:00 (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 28 years as dose number unknown, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient had no relevant medical history. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PRESYNCOPE (non-serious) with onset 06May2021 21:00, outcome "recovering", described as "vasovagal response". Additional Information: I have a twin sister, who got her shot on the same day and time, and she also had a vasovagal response, but not nearly as many of the other symptoms. Around 10:00pm, I started developing very intense chills and a fever. I went to sleep and awoke 2 hours later with the loudest ringing in my left ear (tinnitus) and a fever of 104. The ringing in my ear was the most disturbing part. I knew it was being caused by a ton of inflammation near my ear, so for 7 hours I sat up and drank water (and tried not to panic about the sound). The ringing went away hours later, but my fever was still high at 7:00am. I got up to go to the bathroom and fainted. My twin sister -- who also got the vaccine with me (same batch) -- had fainted the night before. But her symptoms were not as intense as mine. My fever continued on and off for 48 hours.

Patient received injection fine. We asked them to sit and about 3 or 4 minutes later the patient's mom came back to ask for help, Patient was passing out. She sat him in chair and then asked for wet rags. I got the wet paper towels and an ice pack. Patient did pass out and had a vasovagal reaction. He came in and out of consciousness. Patients twin brother had the same reaction at the same time. We used the ice pack on his neck, wrists and forehead. He then seemed to come back together and we used the wet paper towels on him. Then his color returned and we had him sit longer while his brother recovered.

Patient reports feeling symptoms later the same evening the day of receiving her 2nd dose of Moderna. Her twin sister, also reported similar symptoms after receiving her 2nd dose of Moderna the same day (3/5/21). Patient reported feeling nausea and having "extreme" chills that evening. The next morning at 8 a.m. Patient called her sister, at 8 a.m. When she arrived at her sister's house she found patient unresponsive. She was taken to the hospital and remained there for 5 hours. Patient reports passing out, losing control of her bodily functions and hitting her head on a heavy resin figure. "Blood was all over the place." She reports that 2 spots on her scalp were bleeding and subsequently treated at the hospital. Patient currently is still experiencing extreme fatigue following the vaccination.
This is an interesting case. One twin was injected and the other one wasn’t. Both got COVID-19, but the former got a tumor a few days later on his jaw.

This is unknown as to whether this is related to the vaccine, but it should be considered/noted. Patient was vaccinated with Pfizer vaccine on 3/4 and 3/25. He tested positive for Covid-19 via PCR test on 8/21. Symptoms were very mild - cold-like. But after a few days, a growth developed on his lower jaw. It was determined via biopsy at MD that he had a plasmacytic neoplasm tumor. It was removed, and looked at by a number of people at both as well as the Clinic. They thought that this was indicative of either Amyloidosis or Multiple Myeloma, and a series of tests were completed. Upon completion of these tests, it was determined that there were no more cancerous cells, and this tumor was apparently a random isolated occurrence. sidenote: Patient's identical twin was unvaccinated, and contracted Covid-19, and while symptoms were much worse, he ultimately came out of it unscathed.
No follow-up on this case of a single twin getting a spontaneous nose-bleed (epistaxis). No details on twin.

The following information was reported: EPISTAXIS (non-serious) with onset 18Nov2021 21:00, outcome "unknown", described as "Caller said that one of her daughter developed a bloody nose when she is just lying in bed last night around 9pm." Caller was a consumer calling for her twin daughters who received their Pfizer BioNTech COVID19 vaccine for the 5-11 years old. Caller said that one of her daughter developed a bloody nose when she is just lying in bed last night around 9pm. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
Elderly twin sisters with same tremor induced post injection.

Relevant medical history included: "Hypothyroidism" (ongoing); "Cancer. Rt breast", start date: 2009 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Pertinent details: No evidence of recurrence in 11 years; "low Vitamin D" (unspecified if ongoing). Family history included: "High cholesterol" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Pertinent details: all family runs high. Concomitant medication(s) included: LIOTHYRONINE taken for hypothyroidism, start date: 2019 (ongoing); LEVOTHYROXINE taken for hypothyroidism, start date: 1995; VITAMIN D [VITAMIN D NOS] taken for vitamin d decreased, start date: 2010 (ongoing). Stated that she got the booster sometime around 02Oct2021 and around 18Oct2021 she developed a tremor, a violent tremor that was controllable, she could stop it but if she didn't bother it would go on. Caller stated it was the arm where she got the shot and she doesn't notice it and if she puts her hand in a certain way it happens. Caller states the interesting thing was she has an identical twin sister and she got the booster and she also now has this tremor. No follow-up attempts are possible. Additional information: It was reported that after second dose, patient felt a little crappy; hit her like a ton of bricks and got her period the day of the second dose. family medical history relevant to AE(s) included: caller states she has a Twin Sister that had all of the exact same reactions as her. Caller states they are not identical twins. Weight reported as 145-150. She stated her sister got her vaccine at her Place of work, (withheld). Ever since the second week of May 2021 one month after my Covid-19 vaccine my menstrual has been continuous. Im bleeding every single day. Some days are heavier than others. Ive been to the doctors for it and they cant find anything wrong. Nothing abnormal with uterus. They thought i might have cyst in my uterine lining causing the bleeding but i don’t. Because of the bleeding I've been dizzy, extremely tired, foggy headed and just don't feel myself. I contacted my doctor to have my birth control switch so i switched it and it didn't help. I also started taking it every day instead of skipping a week. I have an identical twin sister and shes experiencing the same exact thing. She was on the same birth control as me, took it the same time, she got the same covid vaccine as me, at the same time, at the same place. We went together to get the vaccine. Our bleeding started at the same time too. She hasn't seen a doctor yet for it because everywhere is book out until at least December. Ive seen my doctor since August of 2017.
Another report of twins having same strange ‘scraped knee’-related adverse events. This is an image is a mat burn from a jiu jitsu match - not related to this VAERS report. I only put it up for the visual aid. I don’t know what these twins could be describing. I would ask them if they lose time or have memory lapses.

She got her vaccine, her arm was the most painful of all the other vaccines. She ended up having later in the day like food poisoning symptoms, intense bowel movements several times a day. She was literally house bound due to the episodes and intenseness of it. This has lasted up until Friday, 6/10/2022. The other symptoms were that her knee caps like they have "rug burns", but was not crawling on concrete or anything. They look they have been scraped. She has never had a problem with her knees, and her left knee kept going out from under her to the point that she had to hold onto the railing to go down the steps, this also kept going until this past Friday, 6/10/22. She was telling her sister this information who also got the Moderna vaccine at a different location and has the exact same symptom, but the right knee and the look of the same scraping area, and they both have the same lot# as well. The bowel movements were 4-5 times a day daily up until Friday 6/10/22, and her sister was the same way and felt on Thursday 6/09/22 that she was finally coming to be normal again. She did not take anything for the symptoms. Where the vaccine site was it was burning hot and just below where the injection was it was raised skin (welted), but not at the injection itself. This went away first but took about a week to do so. Her sister who is her twin also had this reaction as well.
Here is a case of triplets whereby the twins experienced the same painful lymph node swelling (axillary lymphadenopathy) while the triplet brother did not experience any adverse events.

Experienced feeling of heart racing and sustained tachycardia 85-110 even while sleeping. Had pulsometer and Fitbit to track pulse. Called Scripps covid Nurseline next day and was advised to go to urgent care since increased heart rate was a possible allergic reaction. Other symptoms included chills, fever, fatigue, extreme headache, which began ~8 hr after shot. Identical twin sister also has tachycardia from her second Moderna shot and still has one week after second shot. For me, pulse lowers in response to Benedryl for about 5 hrs.
This is the most important report yet. It is for a condition called Livedo Reticularis. What is annoying here is that it is not perfectly clear that both twins suffered from this. I believe they did, but I am not 100% sure.

Medical history included ongoing incredibly rare metabolic disorder. Concomitant medications were not reported. The patient previously took first dose of BNT162B2 on 05Apr2021, lot number: ER8735, administered in left shoulder for covid-19 immunization. The patient experienced tiredness and fatigue and headache on 26Apr2021, severe chest pain, chest tightness, lightheadedness, didn't sleep at all and were uncomfortable all night and had pain, feeling really crappy and they thought it was like the flu on 27Apr2021, pericarditis and Increased troponins and enzymes, troponin levels were elevated on 28Apr2021, cardiac enzymes have continued to go up, not down, ST evaluation on the EKG and myocarditis on an unspecified date. The reporter stated that she has identical twin sons that are 22 years old and they received their second dose on Monday morning, 26APR2021. Reporter states all 5 member of the family have gotten the Pfizer vaccine. Reporter states the twins were hospitalized on Wednesday with myocarditis/pericarditis, inflammation around the heart. Reporter states she knows there have been incidents reported. Reporter states she saw in Israel there were 62 out of unknown amount of people and some members of the military. Reporter states that two identical males with the DNA same, that had the vaccine at the same time, had the reaction at the same length of time, and it would go a long way to help understand the complication. Reporter added, they have the same lifestyle and live at the same house. The reporter stated that they received the vaccine at 10:00a.m. on 26APR2021 and then that evening they were felling pretty tired and fatigued and a little headachy, but nothing anyone worried about because they all had that same reaction. Call states Tuesday morning they were feeling really crappy and they thought it was like the flu and it would pass. Tuesday evening they said they didn't sleep at all and were uncomfortable all night and had pain. Wednesday the pain didn't go away, and the twins had ST evaluation on the EKG that they have. Reporter stated they decided to take one in and said the other twin had the same symptoms but he kept saying his wasn't as bad as his brothers because he didn't want to go to the hospital. Reporter states the doctor advised her to come back home and bring the other one in. Reporter states they had the same echo cardiogram, and their troponin levels were elevated. Caller states their cardiac enzymes have continued to go up, not down. Treatment: States they have them on Ibuprofen and Colchicine, which is the therapy for Pericarditis and they are using Toradol for breakthrough pain and severe chest pain. The seriousness of the event pericarditis was reported as (hospitalization, medically significant), cardiac enzymes have continued to go up, not down, myocarditis and ST evaluation on the EKG reported as medically significant and other events was reported as non-serious. The event pericarditis was resulted in emergency room visit. The outcome of the events pericarditis, cardiac enzymes have continued to go up, not down, severe chest pain, chest tightness, increased troponins and enzymes, troponin levels were elevated, tiredness and fatigue, was reported as not recovered feeling really crappy and they thought it was like the flu was reported as recovered on 27Apr2021, headache and lightheadedness recovered on 28Apr2021 myocarditis, ST evaluation on the EKG, didn't sleep at all and were uncomfortable all night and had pain was reported as unknown. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

Student started having chest pain the next day on 5/19/2021. Seen at student health on 5/21/21 for atypical chest pain. Had normal EKG. Labs drawn for D-Dimer and troponin. Sent to ED next day when troponin came back at critical level - 7.42. He was admitted from ED to hospital 5/22/21 with myocarditis - discharged on 5/52/21 with final Dx of Non-ST elevation myocardial infarction, Of note he has a twin who was diagnosed with myocarditis last year.
And more myocarditis in at least one twin.

Chest pain was persistent and he then developed shortness of breath so was brought to ED. Found to have troponin very elevated and EKG with some ST segment elevation and was admitted for acute myocarditis.
Pulmonary embolus ruled out. Diagnosis of myocarditis in at least one twin.

On 06/02/2021, (23 days after vaccine) the patient and his identical twin brother were at dinner when patient had shortness of breath and chest pain. They brought the patient to Medical Center where a CT of the chest was performed to rule out a pulmonary embolus. No pulmonary embolus was identified and patient was transferred the patient via ambulance to Hospital to the intensive care unit. He was noted to have an elevated troponin, an elevated BNP and a left ventricular ejection fraction of 35%. He underwent a cardiac MRI on 06/04/2021 documenting delayed enhancement in the inferior and inferolateral walls of the left ventricle consistent with myocarditis. The patient's chest pain was quite severe and was only relieved once he was in the intensive care unit at Hospital. He did well for 2-3 days and did not require inotropes but his troponin vacillated and his ejection fraction remain low. He was given IVIG non 06/05/2021 after his echo showed an ejection fraction between 37 in 45%. He subsequently developed headache emesis and neck pain. On hospital day 5, the father was quite concerned for his son and thought ?he was going to die?. The father shared pictures of the edematous, pale son that he took with his phone. He improved over the next 1-2 days and was discharged from the hospital with an ejection fraction on 06/07/21 of 62%.
Hives (urticaria - think histamine again) in twin sisters whereby one had a pre-existing autoimmune condition.

I experienced a small itchy/red rash on the forearm of the arm I was vaccinated. My identical twin sister, who has the autoimmune disorder also experienced an allergic reaction but more severe. She experienced hives 5-6 days following her Moderna vaccine.

Pt had covid-19 infection in the past. She received her covid 19 first dose without incident. she received her 2nd moderna covid 19 vaccine on 10/11/2021 and on october 29th 2021 suddenly developed a body wide rash with macular, red lesions across her neck, arms, trunk, back and legs. The rash has been persistent and not improving. She is a breastfeeding mother of twins and has noticed 3 days after she developed the rash her infant son and daughter are also beginning to develop lesions on their hands that appear similar in appearance. The lesions are only mildly pruritic and easily blanch to pressure.
Young twins with same adverse events descriptive of anaphylaxis (think histamine again).

Patient complained of not being able to swallow, shortness of breath, and feeling like throat was closing. He became extremely pale and his lips turned blue. He was given Epinephrine Injection .3 mg. His symptoms improved. He was able to walk and talk after injection and never lost consciousness. He was transferred by ambulance to ER for further evaluation and monitoring. His twin brother suffered the same symptoms about 5 minutes later- as he had received the shot about 5 min after his brother.
Amaurosis fugax (painless temporary loss of vision in one or both eyes) in one twin and it appears as though it might have occurred in both.

AMAUROSIS FUGAX; This spontaneous report received from a patient concerned a 37-year-old female of an unspecified race and ethnic origin. The patient's height and weight were not reported. No past medical history or concurrent conditions were reported. The patient received Covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (suspension for injection, route of admin not reported, batch number: unknown) dose was not reported, 1 total was administered on 07-JUL-2021 for prophylactic vaccination. The batch number was not reported and has been requested. No concomitant medications were reported. On 07-JUL-2021 at the same hour of vaccination, the patient experienced amaurosis fugax. Further it was reported that, since October she had been presenting amaurosis fugax. She had that the entire October and in November a few times. On the day of reporting, she had that three times. She already consulted three expert doctors. She never had it before. She already consulted three specialties ophthalmologist, vascular, neurologist. The episodes were more frequent than her twin sister. The action taken with Covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s was not applicable. The patient had not recovered from amaurosis fugax. This report was serious (Other Medically Important Condition). Please feel more than free to share this doctors, lawyers, teachers, researchers, whomever. I spent a lot of time preparing this article because I believe it’s really important.
At this point in time, with irrefutable all-cause mortality data, with case studies and peer-reviewed studies emerging defining harms, with knowing that this type of gene-based transfection (transfer of foreign nucleotides for translation) was regulated as a vaccine and not a gene therapy, there should be no human being capable of denying the damaging effects of these shots, especially not in the twin context.

If nothing else, this is a pretty good demonstration that we humans are not all bioidentical, and we cannot all be expected to react the same way to medical interventions. I've tried to tell this to vaccine-believing people (the ones who favor mass-vaccination mandates because "safe and effective") -- that a medical intervention might be (?) safe for one person, but not necessarily safe for another person. Because we are all different, with different medical histories and susceptibilities, strengths, etc.
I am one of those people who has always reacted badly to medicines that don't seem to cause issues in other people. Whenever I've mentioned this, people look at me strangely, like I'm crazy or imagining my adverse reactions. I don't take ANY pharmaceuticals, and I'm very healthy.
I'm amazed at the number of my friends who take multiple medicines and did not hesitate to get jabbed with these poisons, unquestioningly, and then spoke derisively of those who would "hesitate." Now that we are all at that "age," the declining health they are ALL experiencing, they chalk up to "normal aging, haha, we are all getting old...." but I do not seem to be "aging" at the same rate.
There are identical twins in my family: female, in their twenties. Both have been jabbed. Both have had multiple health issues ever since, such as abnormal bleeding, fainting immediately after receiving the shots, hives, some other issues.... and neither of them suspect the jabs.
So yeah, I believe that VAERS is underreported.
