Surf and Covid brings a story to my mind from the early days of this nightmare. A surfing girl was taken out of the waves because she was positive. The photo was awful. The girl in her surfing suit being walked by 2 policemen in hazard suits, on the beach. I think she was handcuffed as well.
That’s exactly how I felt when I found out from Steve Kirsch’s post last night that you’ve had bank accounts frozen and I had just included a crack mentioning bank accounts in a post telling you what I figured out about the url suffix r=o0ti9 thing. 😬
Except in my wipeout, it felt like the wave was much bigger and there were a few sharks involved… 😢
I take it from the fact that you haven’t blocked me from your Substack that you got my email apologizing and have forgiven me. Right? 😳
Anyhow, the r=…. url suffix thing seems to be some sort of Substack logon identifier. I don’t see one at all on Safari, but I do see it on Brave, but with different alphanumeric characters than you saw, and only when logged into substack.
And maybe I’m being overly sensitive about the whole historical friction thing between ‘rocket scientists’ and strong, independent Canadian women that Shania spilled the beans on. 🙂
