Janci’s testimony is very important. She is a toxicologist with advanced degrees in molecular biology and biochemistry. A wonderful addition to Dr. Buckhault’s testimony (also trained in molecular biology and biochemistry).

She adds the vitally important information about the presence of the SV40 promoter and enhancer in the plasmids used in the Process 2 manufacturing of the modified mRNA. She also raises the issue of potential LPS contamination as well. She talks about the implications of the antibiotic resistance genes. She talks about insertional mutagenesis and the risks of cancer.
