I believe this is their public debt that is being delisted not the actual company. Companies like Pfizer have public debt that is traded on the exchange like equities and when debt matures or is exchanged for new debt then it is delisted.

I asked that bomber pilot about flak, he said it was somewhat effective. A plane would fly into a cloud of flak which led to the occasional mission failure. The most common thing flak did was to distract and force the plane of course.
Lets not let the flak distract or force us off course.

Here in NZ Pfizer is owned by Glaxo Smith Kline. Might be better to go after the parent company.
