You monarchists and your spelling, I swear... Those U's have invaded my own writing off & on for decades, along with "grey" instead of "gray". What I get for reading too many British authors throughout my formative years ; )
Best wishes from the U.S. Praying for your nation.
Good luck in courts proving that it wasn't a fluke and definitely jab related, and that you took it only because the employer demanded that. Anyways, if you did, you've volunteered as you were not physically forced. Maybe you've succumbed to the pressure from the family or the gov't? Or wanted to dine out? Or travel? So many ifs.
Hmmm, that still counts as duress and coersion, does it not?
But. I agree- they've conveniently (for them) made it so very difficult to establish causality, haven't they?
But as far as establishing coersion from employer, definitely get everything in writing, and record video/audio of anything you can't get in writing. Can't hurt, might actually help. (Reminder to check local laws on recording telephone conversations)
Thank you! Although I myself am not under any obligation, I have friends for whom employer mandated vaccination looms on the horizon. I've shared your advice and presume that they will also. Seriously, what would we do without you, Jessica!
Crap situation here in NSW, most acquiesced after all the lockdowns, restrictions, mandates and coercion. Luckily my boss doesn't care and I've been on leave anyway. My mum took both Pfizer shots though and now wants to see a cardiologist... it was either that or lose her job.
Friend of mine was technically a healthcare worker, he tried a religious and medical exemption, neither worked so he quit. Even if they did allow it, anyone not fully jabbed would require a negative PCR every 72hrs (maybe it was 48) and must wear a face shield and mask all day.
Jessica, with all due respect in the US, I would strongly advise seeking religious exemption for any mandates. That's the way the game is being played. Anything else is a dead end and a trap IMHO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ipVPr88gO8g
Thanks Jessica! there's a typo in the URL link to the Charter of Rights
Welcome. I am getting trolled by someone who may or may not have instigated this post so stay tuned.
Omg Jessica I so appreciate your information & care & humour. (Australian spelling everyone, we like our U's).
If U know of anyone who can offer similar advise but Australia specific, we would desperately love to know.

Great Substack! Hey Jessica - did you live in Montreal when you were 10 years old?
