INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE on Pandemic/Health Management Medical and Scientific Conference
Alguns dias em Portugal (a few days in Portugal)...
Hello my lovely readers and subscribers! Sorry for the radio silence but sometimes, it is required. I have just completed my talk as part of the inaugural International Conference on Pandemic/Health Management in Fatima, Portugal. I have to send out a massive thank you to Marta da Silva Gameiro - she seemingly almost single-handedly pulled off an incredible event at a venue that is literally second to none. Amazing speakers including Geert Vanden Bossche, Alexandra Henrion-Caude, Clare Craig, Tess Lawrie and more. My panel was yesterday evening and my panel subject matter was: “Consequences of mRNA technology”. I am going to post some of my slides here for y’all to gander. Thank you to all of the staff and the behind the scene workers that pulled off this amazing event. I will not forget it. I think the funniest moment was at the dinner (which was exceptional) when the waiter took my plate out from under me while I was literally chewing my food - Clare and I had a good laugh about that. Oh and thank you to Jose for the salt!
Muito obrigado a todos e eu amo-te portugal!
By the way, travel and fly now while the planes are still in the air… it’s hard, and yes there are cancellations etc., but ‘they’ dont want you to see loved ones and they certainly don’t want you to have any fun so my advice is: TO GO HAVE FUN! Celebrate life, now, today.
“We’re here for a good time, not a long. So have a good time, the sun can’t shine every day.” Trooper
Abrigado!
You are right to highlight travelling. I don't think it will be too far in the future before travel is restricted resulting in elitist wealthy users only. I keep telling my two children this who are early 20s and them along with all my family think I am crazy. No one in my sphere is switched on to what is actually happening globally, about anything really and that is hard to deal with day to day. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. One day 🙏
Excellent Dr. Rose and thank you so much for your work.
The key messages communicate so well, and I'm glad you make distinction between Moderna and Pfizer from the get go. It is usually the first question I ask followed by how are you feeling, and are you doing anything to feel better.
I feel like all these different detailed descriptions of what's happening to people (not just here, but many other places as well) really needs to be explained with the specific product used, especially when they differ, or else people may feel like everything they read applies to them.
Is there a way to see these slides with the key messages at the top or bottom as well?
