The "Second World War" was in fact a war against the revolution, a war that began in 1936 in Spain.

Seems to me that those on the wrong side of this have some much invested (mentally and emotionally) that their life would be bankrupt if they retreat now so they fight on harder than ever.
I have had discussions with folks about this and they initially agree the tactics are absolutely wrong and even oppose vax mandates. I then ask why they think that the people doing it continue to escalate their attacks.
They totally clam up when I ask "Could it be possible that the "main stream" narrative is incorrect?
The discussion then degenerates into them vigorously defending the main stream narrative.
Once the yelling a screaming stops, I then return to the original question about the abuse of power and they seem generally resort trying to justify it because it is being done to "saves lives."
My sense is that the only way this ends is for us to find a soft landing for the the "main streamers" and their delicate egos.
It's not just their delicate egos. The ones who are "all in" on vaccines, boosters, and mandates have indelibly woven the whole narrative into their identities. Once that happens it is very difficult to convince someone they are wrong. Facts and evidence cease to be considered.

My own partner reiterated some crap to me yesterday about folks still dying with Covid, but when I mentioned that those with adverse effects or death are in the first few days, and those deaths are officially Covid deaths, she literally shut up. She is jabbed I am not.
This was in the context of begging her not to get a booster to go see her ailing mother in another state.
