We've been wondering when Moderna was going to sue over patent infringement for using the furin cleavage site in their psuedo-spikes. Not only can they sue Pfizer, but all the "vaccine" manufacturers.

This is less exciting, but still fun. They are turning on each other.

So exciting - who will win the right to kill the rest of us?

Exactly what I was wondering.

The best would be if Malone sued them all and won.

Pfizer shold plead guilty! Then they can blame all the deaths on Moderna because they thought they were stealing a safe treatment!

Mike Bonkalski's avatar

Yes! They should settle and issue a public statement that Moderna was 100% the creator of this technology and subsequent shot. None of this would have been possible without Moderna. The whole planet has Moderna to thank…

The Blame Trump ploy - yes.

chortle, snicker, snort

my thought also, Pfizer could take it as an out.

I just read that the 5 largest life insurance companies are filing a class action case against the 4 covid jab companies for all the excess deaths, so both Pfizer and Moderna will go bankrupt if there is any justice.

Got any kind of link for that? It's quite interesting.

When I heard this report on the radio (Fox News of all places), I burst out laughing 🤣. The irony is incredible:

Moderna can sue Pfizer for patent infringement, but WE can't sue either company for bodily harm, loss of income, and death from their disastrous products? 💀☠⚰⚱

Whaaaaaaaaaaaat?

“This foundational platform, which we began building in 2010, along with our patented work on coronaviruses in 2015 and 2016, . . .

Working on coronaviruses since 2015, huh? Ya don't say.

Baric, Daszak, Shi Zhengli, et al. very publicly explain what they are working on. The thing they are working on turns into a pandemic. More than half the world Live Action Role Plays for 2 1/2 years as if they had never mentioned their work. It's the Society for Creative Anachronism doing performative art set in a period before the invention of CRISPR/Cas9.

Perhaps when it all comes out in the courts they'll all convict themselves of the crimes we know they've committed. Dum Spiro Spero.

Yes let them bring ALL their docs to the courts. That will be great.

Moderna got the short stick cuz their patents became a public scandal, so might as well force Pfizer to disclose theirs to even the score lol

Ah good, patents!

I read this quickly and in one time/one place, but…

There's supposedly been a sizable bunch of damning patents filed, pointing to bad intent in gain-of-function and rescue "vaccines". Included was a remedy for a disease that wasn't even known or present when the patent was filed. There was supposedly a similar but lesser situation before the previous SARS flu of years past.

This needs to be verified before placing too much hope on it. If true it's a hot smoking gun.

infringement on a patent..

i don't know if the law has changed sine i stopped practicing law so grant me some leeway.

moderna waited until now to file a lawsuit.

that means moderna thinks the hype is over.

why wait so long?

it use to be, and probably still is the case, that the party whose patent was infringed on, can claim as damages all profits the infringer has made as a result of that infringement.

if moderna were to succeed in the claim pfizer would be finished.

M is looking at how much money is to be made w mRNA into all vaccines in future vs disclosing a lot of information. It’s a fun thing to have a ring side seat to. I expect the first motion is to seal all court records because the components in the vaccine will need to be made known . My money and I don’t have much is that a settlement occurs so that neither side has to PUBLICLY disclose info. Kudos to Moderna for calling on a high stakes poker hand . I hope we are the winners.

I have to admit this is enjoyable but I would be a lot happier if all of those injured by this so-called vaccine could get satisfaction. "Hey, Stephane (Bancel), we got 2 zillion doses back here nobody wants and $926 million golden parachute to cover. We need to sue somebody."
