Thank you for your insight.As a medical doctor who was struck off the medical register by the Irish medical Council for non cooperation with the whole Covid hoax and refusal to administer the mRNA assault,I really appreciate all and every insight into the legal contortions entered into to thwart the truth of the treason and assault against the people . I will be taking parallel legal action against the Irish medical Council and the Irish Government in the future as the undeniable truth seeps out .

Qui tam is the basis for "dont make a federal case out of it". That is when the government is enjoined on the plaintiffs side as I understand it. Look back to the mortgage crisis whistleblower who lost her job for repeatedly warning her bosses that her compliance department's SOP were literally NON COMPLIANT fraud by design. She sued for wrongful discharge and the government joined her case and her award was tripled. The names escape me. Sorry.

re: "the government was in on it" ... there's another legal principle at play here... the government (or the king in ancient laws) is incapable of committing fraud. Any such fraud is attributable only to "agents of the government ACTING OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THEIR OFFICIAL DUTIES" ... aka "additional defendants, does 1-xxx"

As a lay person also, it seems to me that the false claims act would address the situation exactly, i.e. if Pfizer feels protected by a contract with one government department, that demonstrates the point of one part of government acting against We The People, who therefore have a valid claim against both that company and that corrupt government department. Further, there should be a legal principle that is perhaps not as strongly developed in American law as in British law, that a provision that protects you should be applied to the maximum extent against you, so as to prevent people from driving trucks through loopholes. Seen in that light, Pfizer's defense implicates them in direct conspiracy against the interests of We The People. Read up on Contra Proferentem.
