Interesting take on the 1 or 0 question as I was guessing from the title that you were going to address how the technocrats view human beings—in other words, as a binary sequence of 1’s and 0’s (e.g., a barcode).
The noose quote reminds me of the opening lines from the first article I published at Substack way back in April 2021:

Actually, ANYTHING that involves INITIATING FORCE OR COERCION against peaceful human beings is not the way. Whether it's social credit scoring or jackbooted thugs with automatic weapons, the initiation of force or coercion (as opposed to DEFENSIVE use) is an evil that never improves the world.
I want to point out that the coercion to do something is not limited to actual vaccines or micro$oft software trying to take control of your vital organs to fulfill a deranged and racist ideology of the XIX century. It is worse: they want to disallow you from water, from electricity, from the ability to make a fire, from fishing, from growing vegetables, from having pets around. It is TOTAL control of everything you can imagine and even things you cannot even imagine. The ritual humiliation of the inoculation of a poison ans subsequent gaslighting is only level one of the coercion of the terrorist class.
Fortunately, no one needs to have fear or anxiety. This is just a war. We will win. The enemy will be destroyed and the loot will be used to make as many reparations as possible. Which doesn't mean that people will be cured or that we will be rich. Reparations is just one aspect of the always imperfect human justice.
When feeling down, focus on our inevitable victory.
Great. KTN and likely Global Entry is part of the WEF? What about all the govt employees with a security clearance that had their data hacked by China? The govt paid for credit monitoring after that breach. Data security is a mess and now they want to expand it, seems like the govt can’t do anything right.
My current lurking apprehension (not fear-grade yet) is the introduction of a basic income guarantee, something I really believed in and worked for, pre-covid. Streamline government services to combine all pensions, disability and other support payouts! All the talking points make me choke now.

If you go to the KTDI website and look at FAQ, the 2nd question it says something about when was this concept conceptualized. It list tons of US government agencies. This is sick. Also, it was thought up in 2015.
There is a good new documentary about history of Eugenics to Pandemics that we can see via roku.com and tubi tv. I found it there by searching for film named Shots.

Somehow these plans seem incompatible with the 2nd amendment, especially the long range rifles part.
