Informed consent is impossible not only in the context of Covid injectables, but all vaccines, though the gene therapy jabs falsely labeled vaccines are starkly leagues worse. More to the point, no MD, RN or CVS pharmacist can carry out a vaccination without breaking the fundamental medical ethic of first do no harm. The traditional, cyclical outbreaks of temporary, acute infectious illnesses have been replaced with an epidemic of chronic autoimmune and neurological disorders, thanks to vaccination.
Only once in my now thirteen years of vaccine research have I been told of a phone call to a pediatrician's office to find out whether the practice would accept non-vaccinating families, and the response was, Oh, we don't vaccinate anyone. It would be unethical.

That being said I have my doubts about it being an experiment.
One must only read what our self appointed world leaders (globalist's) have written and talked about in the last half century, perhaps longer. Start with 'The Great Reset', 'The 2030 Agenda' and work your way backwards.
It was a surprise for me to watch people rationalize away the Nuremberg Code.
I explained this was meant to protect people under emergencies too. Even during fake emergencies. That there is no distinction between old people, children, adults, disability status, race, profession, intelligence level, nationality, political opinion, criminal status. Nothing. They didn't care. There was an existential threat on their corrupted thought, there was only one solution. Total mind control.
I wish I was at the Nuremberg 75 rally today. Is Jessica there? I went to Nuremberg in 1973 and slept in a turret of the castle, which was a youth hostel then. I wonder if the youth hostel jugendherberger is still in the castle?
