The pharma companies rotated their more dangerous experiments out so it wouldn't be too obvious.. this is a field day for them! Never did they have that many testsubjects in a normal environment outside the lab. They had to steal a lot of people before to test on them I think to get the jabs ready for the population test. Of course they tested this out on humans at first illegally. I am sure of it. Not just animals.
