Thank you for bringing this up. WHO is in the pocket of Bill Gates. This treaty is basically a treaty to be subjugated by Bill Gates.

And what does Bill Gates do? He sponsors vaccines like this "child malaria vaccine" that is literally only "30% effective against severe illness", but causes meningitis in infants.

I doubt that Bill does it to make infants healthier, since effective medications (hydroxychloroquine) are cheap and widely available.

I spoke as a United States veteran who will work non-stop with like minded groups to boycott any US funds being sent to their organization if this is ratified.

Public health is not a one-size-fits-all program. We need people and communities in control of their health. #StopTheTreaty

Thank you. I submitted the below as my commentary, it was accepted. Of course, I used predominantly the suggested wording at your link.

"Ensure that National and local leadership retain full autonomy, reserving the right to make decisions based on what is best for their own people.

Guarantee The ability of nations and local municipalities to opt out of any and all portions of the agreement as they see fit, without consequence.

Guarantee An open and transparent process with the ability for all people of the world to vote on including failsafe measures that will prevent the application of the global agreement in places where a majority of the people do not want it.

Provide Measures that do not allow for influence in the process by any and all pharmaceutical companies or other global health profiteers."

For what it’s worth, last year I wrote to the WHO when they were considering to recommend an international ban on kratom, a medicinal herb native to Southeast Asia used by millions of people in the US and elsewhere. Kratom is a non toxic, non addictive alternative to pharmaceutical painkillers, antidepressants and other drugs which can be harmful and dangerous. Needless to say the FDA sees kratom as a threat to the precious bottom line as they have run a powerful expensive campaign for 10 years to have it banned albeit unsuccessfully so far.

After failing in 2016 to convince the US DEA to follow through with their propaganda driven scare, and unable to persuade state governments to do the dirty work, last year the FDA decided to throw all their might toward a proposal to the WHO to make kratom illegal in all 192 nation states. But to do so they allowed people to chime in on what they felt and knew about this mysterious plant. After close to 60 thousand comments, 99.9% calling for kratom to remain available, the people in the WHO for once told the FDA and it Pharma overlords to shove it. This all would not have happened without the work of a dedicated team of volunteers at the American Kratom Association www.AmericanKratom.org. So to anyone who thinks that it’s a waste of time to write letters and make your voice known - you’ll never find out if you don’t try.

Every country has the right to manage their own plans for a pandemic. Country populations, ages, demographics, and health analysis are each unique and deserve unique responses. One size does not fit all.

The benefits of the WHO in handling pandemics is that countries may collaborate in their response and learn from one another as they customize reactions to meet the needs of their citizens. There is, however, NO need for the WHO to manage a pandemic for the world. This is on the face of it idiotic. It stifles creativity and ingenuity and response times.

What should be included in a new international instrument on pandemic preparedness and response are the following:

Autonomy of countries to recognize the unique needs of their citizens.

Encouragement of finding existing medical pharmaceuticals as solutions and distributing this knowledge rapidly inter-country and intra-country.

Seropositive population samples of pandemic viruses and the sharing of techniques across countries to understand the reach and exposure.

Encouragement of other non-medical solutions, including sanitation management, wastewater and drinking water usage to solve for the pandemic.

Paralleling of finding new medical pharmaceuticals as solutions to round out existing therapies.

Learn from poorer countries the basic responses that are working well for them.

Learn and share from richer countries the medicines and technologies

WHO manages the sharing of the data. You will be the heroes of the story! *This is the key sentence this is what they want to be so give that prop to them. Someone will listen

I do think nothing less than banging pots and pans in the streets all day every day for 1,000 days will change anything planned. Public input is toilet paper as data. You speak out, your words like so much fecal matter studied and flushed away.

I left this very mild and almost complimentary response. Maybe catch more bees with honey?

The WHO serves a very important role in assisting the world in pandemic response. Any international instrument on pandemic preparedness and response should include recognition that different continents, lands, and countries will necessarily have different responses and procedures for addressing even global pandemics. The countries should remain autonomous in their pandemic response while taking full advantage of the resources of the WHO. It is my opinion that the WHO should continue to gather information and support these countries, but should not, must not, have the ability to impose any compulsory measures or powers. Thank you.

Hey Folks, for what it's worth, here's the 249 words I submitted which was adapted from James Roguski's brilliant formulation of ThePeoplesTreaty.com... Feel free to copy & paste and/or pass it along to others if you agree with it:

"Regardless of the scope and/or severity of any disease outbreak or pandemic, human rights remain inalienable and may not be abridged.

The rights of nations, states, provinces, groups and organizations are subservient to inalienable human rights.

Each and every human being, alone, or in consultation with the health care practitioner of their choice, has the inalienable right to choose the form of treatment that they wish to utilize in order to maintain or restore their health.

Bodily autonomy is sacrosanct and must ALWAYS be respected. No person, no organization and no governmental body has the right to demand that another person consume, inject or apply any treatment to their body.

No person, no organization and no governmental body has the right to place any form of restrictions that require healthy people to subject themselves to any form of treatment or test in order to enjoy their inalienable right to travel, work, seek education or gain access to public spaces or businesses.

All depersonalized data from all clinical studies should be immediately available to everyone in the world to review in real time.

All human beings have the inalienable right to publicly express their opinion regarding the effectiveness (or lack thereof) of any treatment or public policy.

All manufacturers, distributors, sellers and administrators of health care products and/or procedures accept full liability for any and all damages caused by their products and services.

“We the People” have the right to determine when we believe the danger has passed."

In case any people haven’t figured it out yet, the “New World Order” is ancient, and started before GOD created man.

"And God saw the light that it was good; and he divided the light from the darkness."
[Genesis 1:4]

"To open their eyes, that they may be converted from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and a lot among the saints, by the faith that is in me."
[Acts of Apostles 26:18

Thank you for keeping the spot light on this with all the other distractions of the world making it so that we don’t keep an eye on what is going on under our noses!

Here’s my submission response, anyone can copy and adapt as they may see fit:

My response:

Each country should hold full autonomy on how to proceed in the event of a pandemic, including to self determine whether there is a pandemic and when it has ended. This should be with the consultation of the citizens of those countries. History has always shown that in the event of health crisis, the best approach is for many teams, individual countries, to conduct independent trials and also take immediate direct actions by localised emergency care, to enable the multiple different modalities to proceed in order to expose which methods are most optimal. A centralised system would prevent this from happening, in addition to not taking the nuanced approach where different countries have very different cultural practices, and demographics with regards to age and health dynamics distribution. A centralised health organisation is to enable the world to share knowledge and also to provide health care to the most needy in the world. In no circumstance should a global centralised healthcare organisation be able to override the self governing autonomy of sovereign countries and their citizens. This is overstepping their mandate and will result in a loss of faith and trust in the WHO, who should and must remain a-political.
