Thank you for being our Ben Gates, Jessica. Digging into the truth, no matter how well it's hidden.

Fun movie!

Never heard of it, never watched it...but tomorrow I will not be able to say this! Thank you.

Watch the second one too. It leaves the door wide open for a third installment, which has not been made. (“Yet”, I hope!)

Well, now I must go watch it...not much of a movie person but intrigued I am....I am blessed to be sought with never ending curiosity. I thank the Creator that you are too, your generic research and curiosity quenching understanding that you share sends me on educational trips more often than not which is so good for an almost eighty year old's mindset and activity.....✅😎✅🫂

Love this movie! Watched it multiple times when our kids were younger - a family favorite :). Wonderful post - thank you for highlighting a great movie! 🇺🇸

I'll be in a hotel somewhere for work flipping channels (pretty much the only time I ever watch TV anymore) and this movie or the sequel will suck me in - happened again just the other day. All your points plus Diane Kruger is easy on the eyes.

YOU are so great at writing what needs to be read, and in a way that makes your points easily understood. Thank you for… being YOU!

Ja, nice story line and good casting. Something one can watch every year or so.

One of my favorites, also. That movie has been around forever Lol and mostly underrated.

So glad you found it. That has always been one of my favorite movies and every time it comes on TV I watch it again!

You forget the FBI SAIC (Harvey Keitel's character) "wore the ring", and had some knowledge he too was protecting

Loved both of the National Treasure movies! I watch them over and over again. Hubby thinks I’m weird 😝

You’re not weird, my wife thinks the same about me.

I watch this movie often...and it never ceases to thrill me at the end. To me, it shows the absolute integrity of those who protected the treasure over thousands of years, who never thought of taking it for themselves. That reminded me of the Founding Fathers, who paid dearly for their brilliant and courageous creation of the United States of America--for the benefit of those who would come after them.
