Kennedy Caucus Room Hearing with Senator Ron Johnson and friends

Tuesday February 26th, 2024 - an epic day

As part of a fast turn-around of events in Washington, DC, I was asked to speak as part of Senator Johnson’s roundtable panel in the Kennedy Causcus Room on the 26th of February. Being in Washington, DC was one thing, walking into that majestic room in the Senate Building was another thing, being in the presence of so many great thinkers and scientists was another, being next to Senator Johnson in this luminous panel of speakers was another thing (and most prestigious! - a multitude of thanks to Senator Johnson), but perhaps the most incredible thing I felt was this: a feeling of being exactly where I was ‘meant to be’ at exactly the right moment in time. It isn’t very often in my life that I have a feeling that ‘everything feels right’, but this was one of them. It was a feeling that wasn’t quite happiness, it wasn’t quite pride, it wasn’t quite excitement… it was something else. I felt all of these things, but not only those things.

Here are a few select photos from this perfect day. I didn’t get much of a chance to go sight seeing, but I did take a few shots on the way there. About an hour after the hearing, I wandered over to The Epoch Times office to sit down with Jan Jekielek. That’s going to be an epic hour spot. Stay tuned.

This incredible event was extremely well-organized, went off without a hitch, and was FILLED with incredible testimonies from good people from all over the world. I truly believe it had everything required to change minds, turn tides and make real changes. I know that a lot of people are not as optimistic as I am, but I continue to believe that if we keep going; if we keep believing in ourselves and each other, we can get out of this massive mess we’re in.
